Vans "Create Your Mark" Installation

Nikolai Rose was approached by Vans Shoes to create interactive signage for their “Create Your Mark” event. They asked for a large surface that people could freely leave their mark on throughout the event. In turn, we built and installed a 7.5 × 13 foot version of the CYM logo painted in bright gloss colors then coated with metallic grey scratch off paint. The result was a lottery ticket-like surface that encouraged surface marking without the worry of loose writing implements.
